he priyadarshee vaayudev ! hamaaree praarthana ko sunakar aap yagyasthal par aayen. aapake nimitt somaras prashnut hai, isaka paan karen

हे प्रियदर्शी वायुदेव ! हमारी प्रार्थना को सुनकर आप यज्ञस्थल पर आयें। आपके निमित्त सोमरस प्रश्नुत है,

O dear beloved! By listening to our prayers, you come to the altar. Somerset questioned on
your behalf, drink it

he vaayudev ! somaras taiyaar karake rakhane vaalen, usake gunon ko jaanane vaale stotaagan stroton mein aapakee oottam prakaar se stuti karate hain

हे वायुदेव ! सोमरस तैयार करके रखने वालें, उसके गुणों को जानने वाले स्तोतागण स्त्रोतों में आपकी ऊत्तम
प्रकार से स्तुति करते हैं

O Airguide! Prepare and keep Somers, praise them in the highest form of self-respecting
sources.

he vaayudev ! aapakee prabhaavotpaadak vaanee, somayaag karane vaale sabhee yajamaano kee prashansa karatee huee evan somaras ka vishesh gun-gaan karatee huee, somaras paan karane kee abhilaasha se daata (yajamaan ) ke paas pahunchatee hain .

हे वायुदेव ! आपकी प्रभावोत्पादक वाणी, सोमयाग करने वाले सभी यजमानो की प्रशंसा करती हुई एवं सोमरस
का विशेष गुण-गान करती हुई, सोमरस पान करने की अभिलाषा से दाता (यजमान ) के पास पहुँचती हैं ।।३।।

O Airguide! Your influential voice, praising all the hosts of Somayag and singing the special quality of the Somers, returns to the donor (host) by the desire to drink somers.

he indradev ! he vaayudev ! yah somaras aapake liye abhishoot kiya (nichoda)gaya hai. aap anaadi padaarthon ke saath yahaan padhaaren, kyonki yah somaras aap donon kee kaamana karata hain

हे इन्द्रदेव ! हे वायुदेव ! यह सोमरस आपके लिये अभिषूत किया (निचोड़ा)गया है। आप अनादि पदार्थों
के साथ यहाँ पधारें, क्योंकि यह सोमरस आप दोनों की कामना करता हैं

This is Indra! O Airguide! This Somer has been embossed (squeezed) for you. You should go here with the eternal substances, because this Somers wish you both

he vaayudev ! he indradev ! aap donon annaadi padaarthon aur dhan se paripoorn hain evan abhishoot somaras kee visheshata ko jaanate hain . atah aap donon sheeghr hee is yagy mein padaarpan karen .

हे वायुदेव ! हे इन्द्रदेव ! आप दोनों अन्नादि पदार्थों और धन से परिपूर्ण हैं एवं अभिषूत सोमरस की विशेषता को जानते हैं । अतः आप दोनों शीघ्र ही इस यज्ञ में पदार्पण करें ।

हे वायुदेव ! है इन्द्रदेव ! आप दोनों बड़े सामर्थ्यशाली हैं। आप यजमान द्वारा बुद्धिपूर्वक निष्पादित सोम के पास अति शीघ्र पधारें ।।६ ॥

घृत के समान प्राणपद वृष्टि-सम्पन्न करने वाले मित्र और वरुण देवो का हम आवाहन करते है | मित्र हमे बलशाली बनाये तथा वरुण देव हमारे हिंसक शत्रुओ का नाश करे |

We appeal to the gluttonous fairy-tale friend and Varun Devo. Friends make us strong and Varun Dev destroys our violent enemies.

anek karmon ko sampann karaane vaale vivekasheel tatha anek sthalon mein nivaas karane vaale mitraavarun hamaaree kshamataon aur kaaryon ko pusht banaate hainअनेक कर्मों को सम्पन्न कराने वाले विवेकशील तथा अनेक स्थलों में निवास करने वाले मित्रावरुण हमारी क्षमताओं और कार्यों को पुष्ट बनाते हैं
